Algemene Voorwaarden – Choco Loca
1. Algemeen
  • Door een aanvraag of optie te plaatsen, ga je akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden.
  • We vinden opruimen niet erg, maar bij overmatige rommel brengen we schoonmaakkosten vanaf €85,- in rekening.
  • Kom graag 10 minuten vóór aanvang. Te laat komen gaat van de workshoptijd af.
  • Een aanvraag of optie is pas definitief bij bevestiging per e-mail of telefoon.
  • Bij boekingen via de webshop kun je een aanvraag of bevestiging selecteren. Als het te druk is op de gewenste datum/tijd, nemen we contact met je op voor overleg.
  • Ontvang je geen bevestiging? Controleer je spamfolder of neem contact op via [email protected] of 06 12 97 70 12.
  • Ben je zichtbaar dronken of te veel onder invloed? Dan kunnen wij jou helaas niet binnenlaten.
2. Overeenkomst
  • Een overeenkomst komt tot stand na schriftelijke of telefonische bevestiging door Choco Loca.
  • De dag van ontvangst van de aanvraag geldt als ingangsdatum.
  • Wij reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar controleer altijd je spamfolder bij uitblijvend antwoord.
3. Wijzigen van de Overeenkomst
  • Tot 7 dagen voor het uitje kan het aantal personen kosteloos worden aangepast.
  • Verlagen is mogelijk tot minimaal 8 personen (bij privé-uitjes).
  • Verhogen kan in overleg, graag zo snel mogelijk doorgeven.
  • Op maandag in de week van het uitje mag het aantal nog tot 20% worden verlaagd. Je ontvangt hiervoor een cadeaubon voor een toekomstige workshop.
  • Op woensdag vóór het uitje wordt het aantal definitief — daarna betaal je voor het bevestigde aantal.
4. Drankjes tijdens de Workshop
  • Je ontvangt bij binnenkomst:
    • 1 Bossche borrel
    • Onbeperkt liefdesthee
  • Voor overige drankjes geldt: max. 1 drankje per half uur. Meer drinken = extra kosten.
  • Ben je zichtbaar dronken of te veel onder invloed? Dan kunnen wij jou helaas niet binnenlaten.
5. Betaling
  • Betaling voor het uitje op: NL09 RABO 0168 996 979 t.n.v. Choco Loca
  • Bij facturatie ontvang je een factuur één week voor het uitje per e-mail.
  • Bij betaling na afloop: contant, gepast, in een envelop. Géén biljetten van €100,- of hoger.
  • Betaling minder dan 3 dagen van tevoren? Dan rekenen wij 3% extra kosten.
  • Studenten: 10% korting bij geldige studentenpas (beoordeling door Choco Loca).
6. Feestdagen
  • Gesloten op: Pasen, Kerst, Nieuwjaarsdag.
  • Op andere feestdagen geldt een 5% toeslag.
  • Voor feestelijke gelegenheden vragen wij een vrijwillige tip:
    • €50 per entertainer voor grote groepen
    • €5 per persoon bij walk-in workshops
7. Annulering en Wijziging
a. Aantal Deelnemers
  • Tot 7 dagen voor het uitje: gratis wijzigen.
  • Tot maandag in de uitje-week: max. 20% reductie met cadeaubon. ( 5 werkdagen voor het uitje)
  • Na woensdag: aantallen vast. ( 3 dagen voor het uitje)
b. Annuleren Uitje
  • Verplaatsen is mogelijk.
  • Volledige annulering: tot 7 dagen van tevoren kosteloos.
  • Binnen 7 dagen: €45 administratiekosten.
8. Klachten & Tips
  • Klachten? Mail ons — we zoeken samen naar een passende oplossing.
  • Tips of feedback? Graag zelfs!
9. Privacyverklaring
  • Jouw persoonsgegevens worden uitsluitend intern gebruikt voor administratie en communicatie.
  • We verkopen of delen jouw gegevens nooit met derden.
10. Gebruik van Foto’s
  • Tijdens het bevestigen van je aanvraag geef je aan of foto’s van het uitje door Choco Loca mogen worden gebruikt voor social media en promotie.
  • Liever niet? Laat het ons vooraf weten.
11. Aansprakelijkheid
  • Deelname is op eigen risico.
  • Choco Loca is niet aansprakelijk voor schade of letsel aan personen of eigendommen.
  • Ons pand komt uit 1500, dit dient met respect behandeld te worden. Schade of vernieling aan ons pand brengen wij in rekening.

  • By placing a request or option, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • We don’t mind tidying up, but excessive mess will result in a cleaning fee starting from €85.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you’re late, the workshop will still end at the original end time.
  • A request or option is only final once confirmed by email or phone.
  • When booking via our webshop, you can choose either a request or a confirmed reservation. If your preferred date/time is fully booked, we will contact you to discuss alternatives.

  • Are you obviously under the influence? We will decline your entrance to our building.
2. Agreement
  • An agreement is established once Choco Loca confirms the booking by email or phone.
  • The date of receipt of the request counts as the effective date.
  • We aim to respond promptly, but please always check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us.
3. Changing the Agreement
  • You may adjust the number of participants free of charge up to 7 days before the event.
  • Reductions are allowed down to a minimum of 8 people (for private events).
  • Increases are possible in consultation — please inform us as early as possible.
  • On Monday of the event week, you may reduce the number by up to 20%. In this case, you will receive a voucherfor a future workshop.
  • On Wednesday before the event, the number of participants becomes final — any confirmed number will be charged.
4. Drinks During the WorkshopUpon arrival, you will receive:
  • 1 Bossche Borrel (local liquor)
  • Unlimited “love tea”
For other drinks, a maximum of 1 drink per 30 minutes applies. Consuming more may incur additional costs.
Are you obviously under the influence? We will decline your entrance to our building.
5. Payment
  • Payment must be made to:
    NL09 RABO 0168 996 979 in the name of Choco Loca.
  • If you chose to pay by invoice, you will receive it one week prior to the event via email.
  • If you pay after the workshop, it must be in cash, exact amount, in an envelope.
    We do not accept €100, €200 or €500 bills.
  • If payment is made less than 3 days before the event, a 3% surcharge may apply.
  • Students receive a 10% discount with a valid student ID (subject to approval by Choco Loca).
6. Holidays
  • We are closed on Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
  • On other public holidays, a 5% surcharge applies.
  • For festive occasions, we kindly ask for a voluntary tip:
    • €50 per entertainer for large groups
    • €5 per person for walk-in workshops
7. Cancellations & Changes
a. Number of Participants
  • Changes are free up to 7 days before the event.
  • By Monday of the event week, a 20% reduction is allowed with a voucher issued.
  • After Wednesday, the number of participants is final.
b. Cancelling the Event
  • Rescheduling is possible.
  • Full cancellation is free up to 7 days prior.
  • Within 7 days: €45 administration fee.
8. Complaints & Feedback
  • Have a complaint? Email us — we’ll work with you to find a suitable solution.
  • Suggestions or feedback? We’d love to hear from you!
9. Privacy Policy
  • Your personal data will only be used internally for administration and communication.
  • We never sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Use of Photos
  • During confirmation, you can indicate whether photos of your event may be used by Choco Loca for social media and promotional purposes.
  • Prefer not? Just let us know in advance.
11. Liability
  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • Choco Loca is not liable for personal injury or damage to property.
  • Our building dates back to 1500 and must be treated with respect. Any damage or vandalism to our property will be charged to the responsible party.
